形像
創世記 1:26 神就照著自己的形像造人、乃是照著他的形像造男造女。So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

I would say it is the physical appearance only.

I tend to think it is both appearance and personality. But then mankind has sin. Then our personality definitely has been changed.
