Arguments

What is the best way to resolve arguments with brothers and sisters?  If I got insulted, I would walk away quietly.  I don't like to get into arguments because I am tired of it.  However, the bad feeling does not go away.  Any good suggestions?

For me,
It is best to first deal it personally with God (to resolve the anger and bad feelings). When I feel I am already in control of bad feelings, I then find a suitable time to approach that person to tell him/her that I actually didn't feel good about this or that comment... in a nice and loving way..

If there's a big gap between the two, pray together (if you can put your hand on him or her (body touch), it would even be better).. Or take a personal 聖餐 together too will be great!

So how would you do usually?

I don't think you have arguement with people often, why you are tired of it already!? I agree with with 米迦's 聖餐 idea, we should argue sometime so we can have buffet together ... ... Back to you question. I think walk away is good. But to ease your bad feeling, I think it is good to communicate. If face-to-face is hard, email him/her politely about what you feel. I think any reasonable person will reply you with respect.
